PEMANFAATAN E-APPLICATION DALAM PENINGKATAN PROSES AUDIT MUTU INTERNAL (STUDI KASUS : UNIVERSITAS BINA

Paper ini menampilkan tulisan mengenai penggunaan e-application untuk membantu pelaksanaan audit mutu internal, yang merupakan salah satu syarat yang harus dipenuhi dalam persyaratan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu ISO 9000. E-application yang digunakan selain sebagai data repository juga digunakan sebagai workflow. Dimana workflow yang dibuat akan memastikan bahwa perbaikan dijalankan sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Sebagai salah satu persyaratan dokumentasi ISO dalam Klausul 4.2.4(p.3 ) bahwa sebuah dokumen harus dapat dilakukan telusur jejak, maka penggunaan e-application ini sangat membantu dalam melakukan telusur jejak. Selain itu, e-application memudahkan auditor dan auditee dalam mengisi hasil audit, dikarenakan dapat diakses dari manapun serta dikarenakan berbasis web, maka dapat dilakukan dari computer mana saja tanpa harus dilakukan instalasi terlebih dahulu. e-application yang dikembangkan ini berfungsi sebagai workflow dan data repository sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bagian dari monitoring dan data history yang ada akan sangat membantu untuk memperbaiki kinerja unit tersebut terlebih kinerja universitas Bina Nusantara

The improvement of information technology has significant impact in human life including changing the life style.  As one of the improvements is the development of web-based market place. People can purchase something without physically coming to the market by accessing the web-based market place. This paper presents the marketplace for diet community which connecting people that adopting healthy lifestyle with catering and nutritionist. Consultation can be made online, and recommendation can be directly sent to catering to provide healthy daily food. Laravel and Scrum approach are used in developing this web-based marketplace. Information System Design of Performance Achievements Monitoring in the University: a Case Study in Binus University

Dashboard is a computer interface that displays a variety of charts, graphs, tables, which are selected reports from various data that are considered important to display rapidly, with an attractive appearance, dynamic, and relevant so that it can immediately be seen quickly to analyze a condition. Dashboard information system is widely used in various companies as a support system for decision-making where Dashboard usually displays data business trends of the company or the achievement of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of a company. The method used is descriptive analysis by means of collecting information that areimportant for universities to be considered asthe Key Success Factors (KSF) of the university, and then, the design of the dashboard is made in accordance with these important factors.The result of this study is a grand design of information systems for the university performance monitoring, starting from the reception of students, faculty performance, student academic achievement, effectiveness and efficiency of services, including graduates. It is expected that by the time the system has been fully implemented, the university can take action quickly and accurately with respect to the required conditions

Pemodelan Standar Sistem Informasi pada Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia

Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai model sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia sebagai langkah awal untuk membangun sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Model yang dikembangkan mencakup tiga bagian Utama yaitu Course Design and Development, Class and Practicum serta Examination. Model tersebut dibuat berdasarkan value chain dari universitas, serta dilengkapi dengan rancangan database yang diperlukan. tersebut juga dihasilkan berdasarkan value chain dari universitas. Diharapkan model ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi perguruan tinggi yang akan memulai membangun sistem informasi yang terintegrasi

Pemanfaatan E-Application dalam Peningkatan Proses Audit Mutu Internal (Studi Kasus : Universitas Bina Nusantara)

This paper shows the use of e-application to assist the implementation of internal quality audit, which is one of the conditions to be met within the requirements of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System. E-application that is used other than as a data repository is also used as a workflow. Where is the workflow that is made will ensure that the repairs is carried out in accordance with what has been planned. As one of the ISO documentation requirements in Clause 4.2.4 that a document should be done traceable, then the use of e-application is very helpful in conducting the search trail. In addition, the e-application allows auditors and auditees in filling the audit results, since it can be accessed from anywhere as well as due to web-based, it can be done from any computer without the need of an installation. E-application that was developed to function as a workflow and data repository that can be used as part of monitoring and data history which will help to improve the performance of the unit hence also improves performance of Bina Nusantara University

NusaCrowd: Open Source Initiative for Indonesian NLP Resources

We present NusaCrowd, a collaborative initiative to collect and unify existing resources for Indonesian languages, including opening access to previously non-public resources. Through this initiative, we have brought together 137 datasets and 118 standardized data loaders. The quality of the datasets has been assessed manually and automatically, and their value is demonstrated through multiple experiments. NusaCrowd's data collection enables the creation of the first zero-shot benchmarks for natural language understanding and generation in Indonesian and the local languages of Indonesia. Furthermore, NusaCrowd brings the creation of the first multilingual automatic speech recognition benchmark in Indonesian and the local languages of Indonesia. Our work strives to advance natural language processing (NLP) research for languages that are under-represented despite being widely spoken
